The beginning of the year was a rough couple of months for us with all 3 kids getting sick several times :( one of those times was during Preston and Lorelai’s birthdays in late January when Rosalie had a very high fever…meaning all of our plans at the time got changed annnnnd my plan to share pictures of them got put aside also. so I’m a little behind with these but better late than never! first up is miss Lorelai who turned FIVE on 1-29…
We had to miss out on spending her birthday at Disneyland (our tradition for the last 4 years) but after a lunch date with dad, shopping trip with mom, craft time, a pajama party with her favorite aunties and an at-home ice cream bar I don’t think she cared one bit :) between changing plans and a sick baby I didn’t pick up my camera very much that day but I did manage to grab a few snap shots during shopping trip (where she picked out the shirt and necklace)…
I will never forget her 5th birthday….SKIPPING from store to store (I’m sure I looked really silly but when the birthday girl wants to skip, you skip!), waiting fooooorever for her to pick out what she wanted to buy, planning our last minute “pajama party” and all the moments in between where it would hit me how big she is :( I would look down at my quirky, creative, fun loving girly girl and think “it seems like she was just born yesterday!”…

Happy Birthday Lorelai Brynn! you have brought us so much joy these last 5 years and as you would say, we “love you more than the whole entire world!! even more than justin ‘beaver’!!” :)

On Sunday our good friends Kimmie and Harry were married at their BEAUTIFUL wedding in Laguna Beach. It was the first wedding I’ve been to as a guest in a long long time and I left my camera at home on purpose…it was a nice break but I sort of missed it :) since I dont have any photos to share from the big day I thought it would be fitting to post a few from Kimmie’s wonderful bridal shower tea a few weeks ago!

I just adore this family! we had a great time taking Axel’s 4 month pictures and squeezing in some family shots as well…here are a few of my favorites :)

Rosalie is now 18 months old…I cant believe it!! She loves doing “schoolwork” while her brother and sister do theirs, loves telling us stories (even jokes!), her favorite activity is feeding the bunny carrots and as long as she’s not getting a new molar she is just the sweetest little girl in the world. I am loving the stage stage she’s in right now…especially the “ugs” and “teeses” she gives me :)

My favorite triplets turned one last month and I can hardly believe it! it has been so wonderful watching these sweet girls grow up over the last year :)
